Mike harvested this ram on the third day of his New Mexico Barbary Sheep hunt. The hunt dates just happened to be the coldest temperatures that had been recorded in the Roswell area in the past 10 or so years. Wind chills were in the -20's or colder for the first two days so nothing with much sense was moving including the hunters. On the third day temps. soared into the high 20's and Mike was able to take this Barbary Sheep at about 150 yards.
